Jane & Chris’ Saratoga Elopement

We were truly honored to be one of the few people in attendance for Jane and Chris’ special elopement.  They were so sweet, and just a joy to be around!  They live in France, but they enjoy traveling and their plans led them to Saratoga for a concert at The Mountain Winery, so they decided to get married while on vacation too!  They chose the intimate Inn at Saratoga for their special day.

Jane and Chris started with a First Look along the creek bed that borders the inn and then moved under the veranda for their sweet ceremony.  These two are so in tuned with each other that they both quoted The Beatles in their vows!

It was a beautiful day, and we are so happy for the beautiful couple.  Congratulations, Jane and Chris!!  Bon voyage!

Michele & Adrian’s Fairies and Dragons Wedding

We could hardly contain our excitement when Michele and Adrian told us the theme to their wedding.  I’m a huge Lord of the Rings fan, so hearing about their fairies and dragons theme really got me looking forward to their May wedding at Saratoga Springs.

The venue was a perfect backdrop, especially with the hidden bridge in the woods and the gorgeous (and huge!) long bridge that is straight out of a fairytale!  Michele and Adrian’s decor perfectly fit the theme.  The couple’s goblets were dragons that, when put together, made the shape of a heart.  The flower girl wore a custom fairy dress, and Michele even wore a mini fairy in her necklace!  The couple’s cake was truly stunning, and guests enjoyed gorgeous cupcakes with fairytale designs.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a true fairytale without true love, and that’s exactly what Michele and Adrian have.  We loved seeing the way they looked at each other throughout the day, and the little smiles as they held each other close.  It was so sweet!
